Roll-Out of New Employment Materials for 400+ Employee Company

Responding to new employment regulations, CrossCourt Law, on ten days' notice, prepared new employment agreements, policies, handbooks, and job descriptions for 452 employees at a manufacturing company in order to comply with legal requirements and deter employment law claims.  

Negotiation of No-Fine Settlement with California Agricultural Relations Labor Board

After the California ARLB filed a lawsuit against a legal cannabis grower, CrossCourt Law stepped in for the grower and quickly reached an agreement by which the grower could resume operations without interruption, pay no fine, and make no admissions of wrongdoing .

Shutdown of Threatened Multimillion Dollar Lawsuit

Crosscourt Law aggressively persuaded a potential commercial plaintiff to abandon its threats of filing a breach of contract/fraud lawsuit against a CrossCourt Law publicly-traded client. 

Sale of Business for 2+ Million

CrossCourt Law represented the seller in a stock sale of a 30 year old Orange County establishment for over two million dollars. 

Appellate Court Win 

At Crosscourt Law's request, the California Second District Court of Appeals has ruled in favor of CrossCourt Law's client and kept intact a lower court decision awarding the client in excess of eight million dollars in an unfair competition case.

Negotiation of Flight Authorization Certificate  

CrossCourt Law successfully intervened on the behalf of its commercial aviation client by convincing a South American aviation authority to issue a flight certificate which it had wrongfully withheld.
